COLLE MURA FARMHOUSE

The farm complex extends over a vast area of approx. 15 hectares and, in addition to an immense and uncontaminated landscape and rural green Umbrian hills, offers a magnificent swimming pool with various depths for adults and children and is characterized by a beautiful piece of sculpture, a lying princess, by Sandro da Verscio. A Swiss artist (painter, sculptor and photographer) who from 1997 to 2008 retreated here – during his “Buen Retiro”.
There is also a multi-functional arena, decoratively paved and equipped with a lighting system where one may practice skating and volleyball, and in the evenings organize parties and various entertainment events; musical, theatrical, etc.

The complex is divided in 4 separate buildings, which include 5 apartments, 4 rooms, a mini-suite, reception, common area, a breakfast room as well as dining room, and a large pergola at the poolside.

Each apartment has an autonomous kitchen and is fully equipped for immediate use, bedrooms and bathrooms. The interiors are meticulously furnished and with a refined character, and all the rooms are equipped with a TV and a safe.

The various buildings that compose the complex are connected by outdoor gravel roads and pebbled pathways, as well as, characteristic and rustic steps that develop within the vast and lush gardens where there are countless plants, shrubs and trees that depending on the season, offer wonderful multi-colored flowers: roses, lavender, jasmine, camellias, wisteria, geraniums etc. The Farmhouse Colle Mura offers bed and breakfast with various genuine and tasty products, a great and healthy way to start out the day!
