We’re Joss and Luca, and in 2024 we moved to Umbria to embrace a life closer to nature, combining our passion for hospitality, good food, and Italian culture. With our two cats and a baby on the way, we’re delighted to welcome you to our home and share the beauty of this peaceful, lesser-known region.

Nestled among rolling green hills in the heart of Umbria the true green heart of Italy, our location offers a peaceful and authentic setting, away from the crowds. Ideally positioned between Perugia, Assisi, and Lake Trasimeno, and just 45 minutes from the airport, it’s perfect for exploring the region… or simply doing nothing at all.
