Our rooms are all different, individually decorated and of various sizes creating a one-of-a-kind exclusive environment to meet the needs of our guests. They are distinguished by the selection of furnishings and refined accessories in order to offer a warm and friendly atmosphere, with wrought iron bed frames, hand-painted furniture, romantic covers and curtains that recall old times, all immersed in nature and complete tranquility of an immaculate rural landscape. All windows are equipped with insect screens, overlooking the authentic and enchanting landscape of Umbria. This is the spirit of Farmhouse Colle Mura.

Features
* LOW SEASON from 7 january to 17 april; form 5 may to 15 june; from 8 september to 20 decembre.
* HIGH SEASON from 1° january from 6 january; from 18 april to 4 may; from 16 june to 7 september; from 21 decembre to 31 decembre.
Prices include water, light and gas.
Overnight stay is always included; Any exclusion, upon request, of breakfast, will result in a reduction of 6 euros per person.
No changes are made to the number, type and arrangement of beds and furnishings in both rooms and apartments
A security deposit of € 100.00 in cash to cover any damages or damages will be required upon arrival and refunded upon departure.
In case a stay falls into two different seasons, the rate will be determined by counting the days belonging to each season.
Arrivals and departures, in case of weekly stays, are preferred on Saturdays.
Check-in: from 14.00 to 17.00
Check-out: before 11 am
